My sign-in code doesn't arrive.
Please check your spam or promotions folder. The code comes from [email protected]. Also check that your email address is spelled correctly, and request a new code after a minute.
I'm signed in as a guest. How do I keep my trips?
Add an email address in your profile. Your guest account then becomes a regular account: all your trips stay, and you can sign in on any device. Without an email address, a guest account is lost if you delete the app or switch devices.
I signed in with Apple and chose “Hide My Email”.
Then Hellobruno only knows an anonymous relay address from Apple. If you'd like to sign in with an email code later, add your real address in Settings under Email address.
How do I invite others to a trip?
Open the trip and invite members, for example your friends on Hellobruno. You can add fellow travellers without the app as placeholders, so you can still split costs.
Can I see the itinerary in my calendar?
Yes. Open Profile → Settings → Calendar subscription. Your calendar then shows all entries of your trips and keeps itself up to date. You can end the subscription in the app at any time.
Who can see my location?
Nobody, unless you turn on Live location. If you do, it is shared only during a running trip, and only with the people you choose. More in the Privacy Policy.
Does Hellobruno work without internet?
Yes, your trips are there offline and you can edit them. As soon as you're back online, your changes sync.
How do I change the language?
Hellobruno is available in German and English. You can switch the language in Settings.
How do I delete my account?
In the app under Profile → Settings → Delete account. Without the app, you can do it by email. All the details are on the Delete account page.
Where can I get the app?
Hellobruno is coming to the App Store soon. Until then, you can join the beta via TestFlight. Just email [email protected].
