Delete your account

Hellobruno – the app for planning trips together

In the app (recommended)

Open Hellobruno and tap your profile.
Open Settings.
At the very bottom, tap Delete account and confirm.

If you signed in with Apple, you confirm once with your Apple ID. Deletion happens immediately.

Without the app

No longer have the app? Email [email protected] from your account's email address with the subject “Delete account” and include your username. We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your profile, username, email address, profile picture and sign-in details.
Your wishlist, visited places, friendships, invitations, live location, calendar subscription and notification settings.
Everything you saved as private in trips (expenses, documents, lists, tasks).
Trips that nobody else is a member of – with everything in them.

What is kept

Trips with other members stay for them; the member who joined first becomes the new owner.
What you shared with others (expenses, messages, plan entries, polls) stays so their balances still add up – anonymised as “Deleted user”, with no name or other details about you.

Deletion can't be undone. If you sign in again later, you start with a new, empty account.
